Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pal365" refers to the online gaming platform operating at pal365.net, including all services, games, features, and content made available through the platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pal365 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the pal365 platform, accessible via pal365 Login.
• "Services" means all gaming products, features, payment processing, customer support, and ancillary functions provided by pal365, including but not limited to live casino, jackpot slots, sports betting, Cockfighting markets, and Serie A betting.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan, which is the functional currency of all pal365 accounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or other incentive credited to a Player's account by pal365 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player in PKR, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to pal365 and use of any of its Services is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. pal365 enforces this requirement at the point of registration through a mandatory age verification process. Any attempt to register using false date-of-birth information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. pal365 provides its Services to players based in jurisdictions where online gaming is not expressly prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using pal365 is lawful in your location. pal365 makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the scope of its operations.

2.3 Registration Process. To access the full range of pal365 Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each player may hold only one active pal365 Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes Prohibited Conduct. pal365 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts, and any such accounts found will be closed with funds subject to review.

3.1 Security of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pal365 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pal365 will never contact you by email, chat, or telephone to request your password.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pal365 support immediately via live chat or email. pal365 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred before notification was received.

3.3 Account Accuracy. All bets and transactions placed through your Account after a valid pal365 Login are deemed to have been authorised by you. You are responsible for all activity on your Account.

3.4 Account Closure. You may close your pal365 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, your Real Money Balance (subject to any applicable conditions) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4.1 Currency. All pal365 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There are no automatic currency conversions applied by pal365 to domestic PKR transactions.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pal365 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated at the time of the withdrawal request.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your pal365 account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing timelines.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Once verification is complete, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. pal365 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have deposited and wagered at least the equivalent of your deposit amount once using your Real Money Balance. Funds derived from Bonus activity are subject to the Wagering Requirements stated in the applicable promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available by pal365 are subject to individual offer terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly at the time each bonus is offered.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. pal365 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, using automated software to meet Wagering Requirements, or placing low-risk offsetting bets.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire within the time period stated in the applicable promotion, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.

5.5 Welcome Bonus. The pal365 welcome bonus package is available to new players only, on first qualifying deposits. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Players who have previously held a pal365 Account and re-registered are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

6.1 Game Availability. pal365 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be suspended, removed, or altered at pal365's discretion, including for maintenance, regulatory reasons, or provider decisions. No compensation is payable for the removal or temporary unavailability of games.

6.2 Bets and Results. Once confirmed, bets placed on pal365 are final and cannot be reversed by the Player. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for slots and electronic table games, and by live dealer action for live casino products. pal365 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game integrity — such as a server failure, interrupted live stream, or RNG error — pal365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Players involved. pal365 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the value of the stake.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. pal365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

6.5 Sports Betting and Live Markets. Odds for sports markets including Serie A, cricket, and HBL Pakistan Super League fixtures are subject to change until markets are suspended ahead of the relevant event. pal365 reserves the right to settle markets in accordance with its sports betting rules, including suspension, void, and re-settlement where applicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pal365 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your Account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one pal365 Account, including using the accounts of third parties to circumvent restrictions.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the pal365 platform for any fraudulent purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to launder money in violation of applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, including sharing hole cards in poker-format games or coordinating bets to exploit promotional terms.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or other automated tools to place bets or interact with the pal365 platform without human input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes in relation to genuine pal365 transactions.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

8.1 Commitment. pal365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has implemented a range of tools and policies to support Players in managing their gambling activity.

8.2 Player Controls. All pal365 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming controls directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and within 24 hours when increased.
• Session time limits: Restrict the maximum duration of any single gaming session.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the pal365 platform. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months applies to permanent self-exclusion requests.

9.2 Limited Licence. pal365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from any pal365 content without express written consent.

9.3 User Content. Where the platform permits the submission of user-generated content (such as review submissions or chat messages), you grant pal365 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the operation of the platform.

10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. All gambling involves financial risk. pal365 makes no guarantee that Players will win, and accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Players using the platform.

10.2 Service Availability. pal365 aims to provide uninterrupted access to its platform but does not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. pal365 accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions beyond the value of any affected wagers.

10.3 Third-Party Services. pal365 uses third-party game providers, payment processors (including Easypaisa and JazzCash), and other service providers. pal365 is not liable for the acts, omissions, or technical failures of third-party providers, except to the extent that applicable law prevents such exclusion.

10.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pal365's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.1 Privacy Policy. pal365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Data Use. Personal data provided during registration and account operation is used to provide the Services, process transactions, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you regarding your account. pal365 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11.3 Data Security. pal365 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the pal365 platform. Internal access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

12.1 Right to Amend. pal365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or to address security concerns.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the pal365 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes and withdraw your Real Money Balance.

12.3 Version History. The effective date shown at the top of these Terms & Conditions indicates the most recent update. Previous versions are available on request by contacting pal365 support.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and your relationship with pal365 are governed by applicable law. You agree that any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of pal365 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or the application of these Terms & Conditions, you should contact pal365 support in the first instance. pal365 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pal365 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
